It all started with Lychee Rose Vodka. That beautiful brew from my previous blog.
The result several days later, (after straining it through cheesecloth) was this opalescent, milky liquid.
Using my favorite elements (well, at least some of them), I came up with the Hummingbird.
Two parts Lychee Rose Vodka, one part homemade Grenadine (Pomegranate Syrup) in a Champagne Flute. Topped off with some ice cold Bubbly and a quick squeeze of lime.
