There’s a lot of talk about Tea parties. Unfortunately, most of it has nothing to do with cocktails!

There is a trend these days of using tea to give  cocktails an added depth and complexity. Tea infused liquors, tea flavored simple syrups.
I have long subscribed to this idea,
Infusing simple syrups with tea, adds to your arsenal of flavors when concocting new drinks.
Jasmine, Hibiscus, Earl Grey, Chai, Green Tea
the possibilities are endless and thrilling (well at least to me!).
