Rosemary's Pink Baby
Made rosemary simple syrup this morning with freshly picked rosemary sprigs from the garden (before they freeze over)

Basic one to one steeped with a large handful of rosemary 

Squeezed the juice from a pink grapefruit

some well chilled flutes with one ounce of the juice, 2 tablespoons of the rosemary simple syrup (heavenly)
and topped off with Prosecco (today we are using Mionetto)

Citrus with earthy  herbal undertones................mmmmmmm
Garnish, of course, with a rosemary sprig.
