Day One: The Original Champagne Cocktail (aka Chorus Girl's Milk)

Place a sugar cube in a chilled Champagne Flute
Add 2 or 3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters on cube
Fill the glass with chilled Champagne/Prosecco/Cava, pouring small amounts at a time to avoid frothing over.
Garnish with a long lemon Curlycue
