Well despite its moniker, it became a
and simply sumptuous New Year's Pleasure
Nata's Taboo Punch
The process began in the am.
Had to make Rosemary Simple Syrup
and strain the Taboo Brandy.
Strainer then coffee filters then cheesecloth.
Onward to squeezing limes and grapefruits for the juice.
For my large iceberg to place in the punch bucket, I froze water in a bundt pan. PERFECT!
I placed the first 5 ingredients in my Punch Bucket with the berg early in the day, to let the flavors meld, (I placed it outside in the snow)
Just before the guests arrived and I could no longer wait, I poured Prosecco in the mixture.
Gave it a twirl and partook!
I promise you, it was well worth the wait.
