 The Cockney Cowboy

Our little tale of the Cockney Cowboy involves Mexcal, a Brit named Mark, and a ranch deep in the heart of Texas.

Suffice it to say, the Texas Highway Patrol was involved!

So here is a recipe to get your bronco busted.

 Into your champagne glass

2 ounces of Mexcal (with or without worm, your choice)

1/2 oz. of Cardamom simple syrup 

(cracked cardamom seeds infused into a 1:1 simple syrup) 

fill with a bubbly (I like the Gruet Sparkling for this to keep it from the same part of the world)

And finish off with a dash or two of Vanilla Bitters (optional)

Imbibe and hang on to your horses!
